I collaborate with my clients by helping them to identify patterns in their lives to facilitate change. My goal in therapy is to encourage my clients to learn to let go of self defeating behaviors by giving them tools which address their problems. I believe in externalizing problems to gain a new perspective. I do this through the use of art, metaphor, and self compassion mindfulness.I work from a holistic approach, bringing mind, body and spirit together to facilitate personal healing with the use of somatic based work, EFT tapping, and acupressure.
