Realogy is a large real estate company with many brands under its name. At Realogy I lead the design effort to build a new Lead Management software. I aligned the product team on the best way to approach user center design and wireframed complex user stories to simplify them for the end-user. I would run user testing sessions and present my findings to the stakeholders. I held many workshops to plan and execute the software design to help align the different departments that were building it.

iBASEt is a software development company that builds an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution for the discreet manufacturing industry. This system allows manufacturing companies to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished products.At iBASEt, I owned the Solumina iNEXT user experience from start to completion and beyond. Created a user interface and experience that customers asked to be implemented on their shop floor the second they demoed it. Created & maintained a design system for all projects. Built & managed a UX Design team and worked closely with the customers, product owners, developers, and implementation teams to make sure we provided the best solution for our customers and users.
