This role involves working alongside the Woodside Refurbishment Team to plan, resource & execute Mechanical & Fabric Projects / Workorders on the NRC & GWA Platforms.My responsibilities in this position include: -• Assisting with coordination of Maintenance Activities• Development of Workpacks including packaging work & liaising with our Workshare team• Resourcing Work including Offshore Man-hours, Procurement and Sourcing Materials in SAP• Reporting activity status• Identifying risk and developing mitigation strategies for projects• Liaising with Planning & Scheduling team to ensure Workorders are resourced and ready for their allocated Campaign

Karratha Life Extension ProjectAs part of the Karratha Life Extension Project I ran a team of Workpack Engineers for the following projects: -• EP.TOT 1 – Gas Feed Header Project• EP.TOT 1 – Flashtanks Project• EP.LNG 8 – Piperacks ProjectMy scopes of work included: -• Liaising with EPCM to ensure timely issue of deliverables• Liaising with Project Engineer & Estimating / Planning• Producing Constructability Reviews & presenting them to site teams • Site visits to run through new innovations and project updates. Review ongoing workscopes• Presenting weekly progress reports

Karratha Life Extension ProjectAs part of the Karratha Life Extension Project we provided Workpack & Jobcards for the following projects: -• STAB 2• FRAC 1• EP DOM 2The scopes of work included Blast & Paint, Insulation & Mechanical Jobcards During the FRAC 1 Shutdown as part of the Close Out Team I also assisted on site with Punch List Walk Downs and ensuring all Completions documentation had been signed off prior to inspection by QA
