Creating realtime web-based ERP-software and mobile apps for sawmills, construction and metalworking companies, ports and vessel operators, smart houses, recycling plants, parcel machines, grain dryers and other businesses. Usually there are hardware integrations with each web-based system. Biggest system had 140'000 active users.

I took the academy to a level of a high-end technological agile university - besides selecting and putting up servers and networking I created a unique integrated web-based ERP software on my own to run the academy's everyday life since 2007, from assets/contracts and servicing/finance/calendar to fully-scaled study system and mobile apps, altogether 40 modules used daily/nightly by 250 workers and hundreds of external partners. There were everything from hardware integrations to public signage screens software. In 2018 I planned and equipped the academy's 10'000m2 concert hall with IT solutions. Total cost of building was 12M EUR. My win in the Brain Hunt competition made the academy the first 5G-equipped university in Estonia. I brought all EU IT-ministers to the academy in 2017 for a showoff of new low-latency high-quality video technology. With implemented green technologies in the academy I won access for the Academy to join EXPO in Dubai in the end of 2021 and at the same time I got an award from the National Cultural Heritage Foundation. My work was recently nominated by Äripäev and I was selected as one of the most influential CIO-s in Estonia. All success led to making opening concert over IT services for TNC22 in June 2022 (https://tnc22.geant.org/) as well as brought NPAPWS (https://npapws.org/) conference to Tallinn in September 2022, which was previously held in Miami, Paris, London, Vienna, London. Finding and planning IT-solutions for collaboration of European research institutions and universities. As a result of my work the throughput of the network of all Baltic research and educational institutions was improved. From this project I brought ~250'000 EUR direct investments to the Estonian Music Academy. I gave speeches in computing and networking conferences from Miami to Prague.

Responsible for everyday IT solutions as well as creating web-based ERP system for ~1300 students and ~150 workers.

Creating 3D views in ArchiCAD for 100x100meters 6-storey house to find problems/errors inthe project. Update 3D views during meetings for agile solutions.
