Responsible for Sangar group management accounting; budget implementation and control by business units; full production costs calculation, budgeting and analyze; production efficiency opportunities identification; cash flow control and forecasting; price models design; working capital management and analyze; monthly based reporting to the board and to the supervisory board and daily management consulting in financial matters.The main achievements were production process based cost calculation system development;residual based income statement development by business units;switching from manual based budgeting to ERP based budgeting; ERP system (NAV and QlikView) developments;transfer of subsidiary company (in Sweden) accounting back-office to Estonia. I was responsible for the restructuring project at Sangar. Transformation from a production and industrial company into a sales focused company.
