Was ALU Senior Customer-facing Project Manager (SCPM) and Lead Technical Project Manager (LTPM) responsible and accountable for the end-to-end deployment of the multi-million dollars GLO-1 Submarine cable system.GLO-1 Project's main target was to connect 16 West African coastal countries (Nigeria & Ghana inclusive) to Europe (UK) and United States (New York). Was directly responsible and accountable to manage, co-ordinate and harmonize activities of all aspects of this very complex project (both terrestrial and submarine) in all the locations (Africa, Europe, & the USA). Mission was accomplished with a successful implementation of all spurs and branching units (BU) as per design in 16 countries with a total of about 9,800km of submarine cable laid. Glo-1 has since gone live with commercial traffic.
