Responsibilities:• Overseeing Monitoring and evaluation activities in 13 Councils and leading 16 Sub grantees M&E Officers• Take part in training cluster level Kizazi Kipya and CSO staff on the use of data management systems• Provide technical support related to the use of data management systems at the cluster level• Provide technical support related to the use of electronic devices for data collection at the cluster level• Generate data reports from the data management systems to provide to the cluster and CSO staff with outputs on time for daily, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports• Take part in provision of orientations to the use of data management systems user manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Liaise with the Health Informatics Officer and other members of the M&E team to coordinate and streamline information systems, mapping and project mHealth initiatives with M&E and Research activities of the project• Develop custom reports in DHIS2, run data quality checks and data downloads for required reports and data requests to meet cluster’s needs• Take part in reviewing tools on the mobile apps and provide training and technical support as needed to ensure efficient data capture • Provide necessary support to cluster offices on data management and reporting systems• Liaise with Health Informatics Officer as necessary to ensure that the M&E Unit is meeting the data management needs of the program.• Providing M&E Technical Capacity Building to Sub guarantees M&E Units and other staff related to data who implement in 13 Districts• Conducting Routine Data Quality Assessments (DQA)• Conducting and coordinating provision of regular data monitoring visits to subgrantee programs; review and provide feedback on grantee performance reports.• Training my Sub grantees M&E team in skills of data analysis to prepare progresses at Council level• Other tasks as required

Mwanza

• Collect and enter all data from the community-based program into electronic databases on a daily or weekly basis;• Compare data entered with source documents, verify accuracy of data to be entered to detect and correct errors;• Track referral forms and conduct verification with registers at facilities to verify completed referrals and linkage outcomes;• Participate in generation of queries and data cleaning.• Update database to include responses to data queries• Inform supervisor of any problems or errors observed in the database.• Detect any hardware and database/software malfunctions and notify supervisor;• Manage printing and disbursement of study tools and handling, proper documentation of tools taken vs. returned query submitted vs. resolved, logging of assignments received vs. completed;Assist in training new outreach workers on data collection tools, I including referrals reporting and database;• Protect confidentiality of records and information used during data' entry;• Create weekly reports on outreach activities and progress• Review completed data tools on a regular basis and ensure adequate data collection including timely complete and clean reporting/data transfer to data staff• Manage security of data tools when not in use• Assist in creation of monthly, quarterly, and other reports on all indicators for submission and review to supervisors• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Database used in analyzing information from refugees camps Nduta located in kibondo and Mtendeli located in Kakonko districts.  Develop software for data collection and analysis tool for Community based rehabilitation program in Nyarugusu camp for International Rescue Committee.
