Manish is well acquainted with Product design, Requirement analysis, Embedded system architecture design, Project management methods, VLSI architectures, Hardware design, PCB design,System integration, Testing and Documentation,Electronics product manufacturing.In his journey as entrepreneur, he initially had failed successfully in 6 attempts of commercialising his business ideas. Today, through his patent, he is the only manufacturer in the country for product “Magnifying Loupes and LED Head Lamp”, under the brand “ERGOPTIX”. ERGOPTIX Loupes and LED head lamp is successful scientific product developed under his leadership. Three More products are in their final stage of commercialization. Understanding the problems of entrepreneur, coming from non-business family background, and need of building entrepreneurial eco system in the society, he has initiated “Jugaadfunda innovations LLP” (www.jugaadfunda.com). Through his unique initiative “CREAT-JOB” (Cluster of Regional Entrepreneurs in Applied Technology for Jointly Operated Business) he is effectively linking Young graduates, Industry, Academia, Mentors, Investors, Incubators and municipal corporations. This initiative supports innovative minds to venture into successful businesses. With these consistent efforts for almost over last 16 years, He was able to present proposal on behalf of MIT Group of institutions Pune and fetched grant of 5 Cr, from Department of Science and Technology. In another attempt, he and management of SIL was able to fetch supportive grant of 5 Cr jointly with Shivaji University Kolhapur through Maharashtra State innovation Society.
