Ladder logic design and troubleshooting via Allen Bradley ControlLogix with RSLogix 5000 software.Programming of all HMI devices (PanelView Plus 1250).Interfacing with FANUC material handling and weld robots to ControlLogix processors.

Ladder logic / HMI design and troubleshooting Allen Bradley control systems.Commissioning new equipment controls and electrics.Production of CAD electrical schematics and subsequent safety circuits.Coordination of electricians and electrical jobs.

Electrical and mechanical design of automated equipment.Installation, set-up, and maintenance of new control systems.Maintain and troubleshoot equipment in assigned areas of the plant.Prepare engineering related documentation and statistical analysis reports.IT Administrator and all IT related duties.
