Responsible for the development and implementation of the RCAT rules engine to increase productivity of collection activities. • This project encompassed project management, requirements gathering, use case generation, coding and delivery of a WSDL compliant rules engine deployed into an XML Gateway. This service was the central mechanism for legacy integration with diverging systems. Technical structure included java technologies JDOM, Reflection, Multithreading and WSDL.
