As an innovation psychologist I help organizations, teams, and individuals imagine and design their future. Through this creative process they learn the skills and mindset that increase their capacity for continuous innovation. My focus is on the human aspect of innovation: from the original idea, through the design process, and all the way to customers and end-users, innovation is a human-centered endeavor. It builds on three key elements: personal creativity, team collaboration, and empathy for the people who will be affected by the outcomes. I founded Innovationship in 2012. Innovationship helps teams and individuals tap their innate creativity and apply it to the human-centered process of Design Thinking, so they can solve problems with ideas that are useful, usable, and delightful.
