I put together the Online Classroom Newsletter for Magna Publications, a monthly newsletter for faculty and instructional designers offering practical advice to improve their teaching and course development. We currently have over 1000 subscribers.

I train online faculty to become exceptional teachers. This is done through courses, webinars, discussions, articles, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

I develop and manage the employee learning programs for Vertek. My duties include:* Budget management* Needs assessment* Education counseling* Evaluating programs* Developing and offering new learning opportunities* Creating a knowledge-sharing and learning culture at the organization

I developed online and face-to-face training program for insurance agents. I also helped bring social media to the National Life Group. In particular:* I created the online university site* I taught classes to agents in how use social media to grow their business

I developed, managed, and grew two online master's degrees: The Master of Science in Business Continuity Management, and the Master of Science in Information Assurance. I also provided marketing support that helped the Online Graduate School grow from 43 to nearly 2,000 students in five years.

I trained new faculty in how to teach online. I also implemented innovative social media teaching systems for the college.

I managed the Continuing Education Courses for the College of Arts and Sciences. This included over 250 courses per year. I also introduced online education to the institution, and helped develop the first online course initiative--Cyber Summer--which attracted more than 300 students in its first session.
