Gary is a technology commercialisation professional who brings significant experience to roles such as Company Director, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member, Independent Expert and Mentor.Gary has a broad and deep understanding of the technology and health-care sectors developed over many years of Senior Executive and Board-level experience in ASX listed, public and private companies, as well as academic institutions, start-ups and Not-For-Profit organisations.Leveraging his technical and corporate experience, Gary has led product development, strategic planning and fundraising projects to achieve successful commercialisation outcomes across a wide variety of projects.He has personally managed five IPOs, written more than 20 IMs and Prospectuses supporting fundraising in excess of $75m, and has considerable experience with startups, medical devices, technology commercialisation, angel investing and Government grant programmes.Gary has a BSc (Computing, Maths, Law) and MBA (Strategy, Finance) from the University of Sydney, is a graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and sits on several boards in the corporate and NFP sectors.
