This includes arriving at mechanism to increase employee engagement; maintain attrition at below industry average; supporting career planning, counseling and guidance.• Up-skilled the middle management to enhance leadership ability, specially on how to manage performance, set goals and give feedback. • Cascaded all corporate HR initiatives and played therole of change agent. The company undertook two new initiatives of which one was the switch over to a fully integrated online platform for performance management and career planning and the other is an in-house social media platform that drives engagement and connectivity. Significant time and effort was invested in socializing these amongst employees. • Ensuring HR compliance at all corporate and client audits.
