As an independent and trained Blue Consultant for Oceanic Global's Blue Standard, I work with cross-sector clients on the implementation of the Blue Standard, mainly via consulting assessments on their sustainability initiatives and by walking clients through the required documentation for Blue Verification. I consult with various clients to help businesses reduce their use of single-use plastics, improve the sustainability of their operations, and achieve a measurable impact that protects our blue planet. Blue Standard consultants must complete a training program and undergo an evaluation with Oceanic Global.

Events• Contribute to the Spark vision, specifically through overseeing and managing on-campus events.• Assist in the coordination of ad hoc events, including VIP visits.• Ensure administrative and coordinative excellence throughout the event planning and execution process.• Monitor and evaluate event outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts and vendors.• Support colleagues on an ad-hoc basis in operational tasks during events.Innovation• Support the coordination, administration, planning, and execution of Spark projects.• Support the business development of campus innovation through ad hoc projects and partnerships.Administration• Assist and support the Director of Projects and Innovation with ad-hoc tasks and projects• Manage invoices and budgets for the Maintenance team.• Support ad-hoc internal and external Corporate Social Responsibility projects.• Assist special projects, such as campus improvements and capital expenditure processes

6-month internship, working closely together with the Director of Operations to plan, organize, delegate, and execute the local and global Les Roches ShiftIn' 2021 conference.

In charge of creation and development of advertising, promoting events via social media, email marketing, external relations coordinator, working closely with other Heads, building new social media, and creation of yearbook.

Representing the Les Roches campus and Way of Life during Open Days, campus visits and field trips, as well as creating content on social media such as Instagram, TikToks, and their blog.

6-month internship in the world-renowned and Dubai's most iconic hotel Burj Al Arab. Working in different sections within the Pastry department, including fruit pantry, production, finishing, a la carte, chocolate room, and bakery. In addition, I partook a cross-training in service in the Al Muntaha restaurant, where I worked by the pass, on the floor, as a hostess, and with the assistant service manager to learn more about the restaurant operations in a luxury hotel.
