For the past 3 years, I have led the HackerU Professional division - providing tailor-made employee training programs to businesses within Israel and around the world. When launching this division at HackerU, I refocused the company's offerings to produce advanced training programs designed for working professionals in the fields of IT, software development and cyber security. Recently, I have taken the Professional division to the next level by merging with the HackerU service team. My team now offers customization training programs as well as industry-leading cyber security services like advanced penetration testings and risk assessments. This strategic move ensures the highest level of knowledge transfer across all our work.

My responsibilities include three major areas: information systems, marketing, and business partnerships.My duties include building and implementing marketing strategies, identifying and managing business partnerships, creating and implementing procedures for different disciplines within the organization. I am creating measurement systems in order to examine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. I establish and adapt information system partnerships to create an effective and innovative customer experience and provide systems that support the sales, the marketing processes, and the customers’ interests with tools for measuring sales and customer services.Furthermore, I am managing business partnerships in Israel and abroad (e.g. VMWARE, Amazon, RedHat, Oracle), create business plans in order to complement the supply of products, services, and solutions to customers.

At Hi-Tech College I filled several positions.When I first started, I managed the college’s network and a team of technicians providing services to its employees and customers.Two years later I was appointed Director of PC and communication networks of the college. My scope of work included writing training materials, staff management, and training of faculty. Then I was appointed CIO of information systems. My responsibility included the management of the IT staff, development as well as maintenance of information systems of the organization.Later on I was named Department Manager of B2C sales. This position required me to manage a team of customer service consultants and create a marketing strategy for the promotion of training and retraining courses.As COO I acquired broad experience in handling contracts, lecturer and trainer recruitment, business development, expansion of courses, employee management and customer care.At a more advanced stage I was promoted to Director of B2C sales. Later, I was responsible for managing the sales, marketing and information systems of the organization. In 2005 the college was acquired by Matrix and in 2011 Hi-Tech College and John Bryce merged. I became a member of the board and VP.Over the years, I have accumulated experience in handling contracts, lecturer and trainer recruitment, business development, expansion of courses, employee management and customer care.
