Current• Infrastructure Architecture: Architect and implement Azure public cloud infrastructure in highly distributed environments.• Cloud Solutions: Design, implement, and support Azure, Google, AWS, & Private Cloud solutions.• Network Security: Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures, monitor network traffic for threats, & conduct regular security assessments (FortiGate, SonicWall, & Cisco Firewalls).• File Sharing: Design, implement, and support SharePoint file sharing.• Email Migration: Migrate Exchange Server to O365.• Change Management: Follow ITIL standards to implement business-requested changes.• L3 Support: Provide L3 support for Cloud (Azure), Network, & Windows Core Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).• Azure AVD Management: Deploy and manage Azure AVD environments, provide access to remote applications and desktops, and add new VMs to the host pool.• Azure AD Services: Manage Azure AD domain services, create users and security groups, manage group policies, and sync on-prem AD users to Azure AD using AD Connect Tool.• Hardware & Vendor Support: Manage hardware and vendor support.• Process Management: Manage escalations, request fulfilment, incident, change, and problem management processes.• Current State Assessment: Conduct assessments of the infrastructure framework, identify gaps, and recommend strategic solutions.• Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market information to define migration strategies and deliver detailed feature roadmaps.• Endpoint Protection: Deploy and manage antivirus, anti-malware, and endpoint security solutions. Ensure the security configuration of end-user devices and respond to security incidents.• Identity and Access Management: Implement and manage identity and access controls, administer user accounts, and monitor user access for compliance.• Incident Response: Develop incident response plans, investigate security incidents, and collaborate with internal and external teams for resolution.
