I work to develop and maintain key relationships with partners (customers), talents (external consultants), etc. in order to secure and extend the company's presence in the market.𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: I assist our Vice-President to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring effective processes are in place to achieve our objectives (ensure the timely delivery of services that meet quality standards).𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: I manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, financial forecasting and resource allocation. I ensure sustainable growth and profitability through prudent financial planning and risk management.𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: I lead and motivate a diverse team of young professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. I oversee the recruitment, training and development of staff to enable the company to attract and retain the top talent it needs.𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆: I represent the company in public forums, conferences and media engagements, articulating the company's mission and the role of media and communication in development.
