Mr. Hartvig is a highly versatile engineer with solid experience with technical project management in minor to medium-sized projects as well as tendering and contract management, field assurance and R&D works.He possesses M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees within civil engineering buildings and constructions and has worked 17 years with load-carrying offshore steel structures, hereof 5 years at a larger asset developing and operating company and 6 years in engineering consultancy companies.Mr. Hartvig has a broad engineering understanding and is well-versed within structural mechanics, soil mechanics, fluid mechanic, finite element analysis and software development.His personal competences include three branches of qualities: being holistic minded, problem solving and structured; being innovative, willing to learn and attentive to feedback; and being energetic, persistent, positive and demanding of himself and others.
