**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Preparation of consolidated financial statements2. Preparation of monthly management accounts including department accounts3. Calculation of KPIs, ratios and monitor the management accounts with the budget4. Preparation of quarterly accounts including group reporting5. Prepare, arrange payment and file returns for taxes (Income tax, NBT, ESC, VAT andStamp duty) and attend to any other tax matters with the group tax advisers6. Monitor daily petty cash reimbursements and handle the working capital7. Liaison with external auditors and work on interim/ yearend audit8. Evaluating internal controls9. Evaluating control environments (including corporate governance), automated system and internal control**AUDIT SERVICES**1. Coordinating and supervising the audit to ensure timely and effective completion2. Planning the audit and the audit procedures to be performed3. Guiding the juniors to ensure effective and efficiency of audit4. Involved in implementation of IFRS Convergence5. Preparation of statutory/consolidated financial statements (Including IFRS reporting)6. Compilation of consolidated financial statements in line with International Standard7. Drafting Management Letters indicating the lapses and providing recommendationsfor evaluated systems and internal controls
