I am an experienced, team leader, business developer & coach, trainer, PA/EA/administrator and am gaining experience in project management. I have worked in corporate, financial, medical, educational organisations and other not-for-profit situations, including a leading charity, the NHS and local authorities (adult & children’s social care and housing).I am a self-starter, highly motivated and organised, a keen advocate of lifelong learning and personal development, an effective communicator and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other specialist software. I am an experienced team leader and also contribute equally well in a close-knit team or on a personal level where initiative and self-motivation are essential. I also speak good French, intermediate German and have a working knowledge of Dutch.My main strengths are in Team Leadership, Administration (PA/EA training, skills and experience), Business/ESOL Training, Office Management, Wellness Coaching/ Mentoring,Customer Service and Communication.On a personal note, I enjoy classical music, particularly vocal and choral singing. I also enjoy reading, swimming and volunteering (Team London Ambassadors at London 2012; TLA Team Leader London 2013-2022; UEFA 2020 & 2022 Recruitment team and Team Leader volunteer; and have been on the TLA Recruiting Team; volunteer ESOL tutor (at YMCA West London 2016-2018, and WCC Language Cafe 2023) I hold enhanced DBS and a full, clean driving licence.
