I've been working in the health and fitness industry for 7 years and spent the 12 years prior to my career studying up to Masters level, giving me a combined 10 years of education and practical experience.I've spent the majority of my time in the industry working with clients and managing and mentoring a team of personal trainers at a gym in Amsterdam.In 2021, I launched my own online coaching business called In Shape with Ryan.I specialise in helping general population clients reduce body fat and improve their health in a multifaceted way. I do also work with clients who are trying to build muscle and add size to their physique. My approaches always have health and wellbeing at the forefront of decisions. My typical client is somebody who has been trying to lose weight or build muscle and is becoming frustrated at the lack of progress or their lack of ability to keep the weight off once they've lost it.
