Led successful effort to move business to a larger retail facility and expand operational hours. Served as liaison to internal AOL departments, as the proprietary service was becoming connected to the internet at large.

Meridian provided contract services to various branches of the US Federal Government. Among other duties, I was responsible for analysis and preparation of the yearly budget documentation for a portion of the US Department of Energy, and assisted in evaluation of US Department of Defense DARPA-sponsored research grants. I held security clearances with both.

IFS/Dynatax provided accounting clients with computerized generation of tax return documents. I assisted in the maintenance of a Novell Netware 3.11 LAN, used for storage and calculation of tax returns, as the company transitioned from mainframe-based operations to a networked PC environment.
