Achievements include: developing the Federation's asset-based Open Talent and Advantaged Thinking programmes; securing over 5 million pounds of investment from Big Lottery for the development of new approaches to health and well-being; introducing life coaching into the Foyer network to change support planning models; piloting an e-learning 'sat-nav'​ for youth transitions funded by BIS; developing a social action 'working assets'​ model and 'talent bond' investment scheme; supporting the growth of Foyers in Australia through conference speeches and consultancy; and various publications, training and innovations available on the Foyer website.
