I wear a lot of hats. Here is how I make my stories happen: 1) I create an original story concept and sell the pitch directly to publishers 2) I negotiate the terms of the project and work towards green-light.3) I build and hire the art team that will create this serialization/project with budgeting in mind. 4) I write the story & scripts and also art direct at every stage of production (boards, inks, colors, etc.) 5) Once the project is complete and released, I market the project to my 1million+ followers (who follow me for my involvement in the anime, manga, webtoon industry.) 6) If a project is successful with audiences, I help to produce & take it transmedia to animation, print, etc. or even licensing in other countries.7) For our anime adaptations, I am involved in producing (art direction, script oversight, high-level scripting, general approvals) as well as selling the project to distributors.This seems like a lot of work and it's thanks to my fantastic artists that make these huge productions possible!
