I love simple! After 20 years of working in the HR Outsourcing Industry, I grew concerned about the stigma that small businesses had about Human Resources: HR was too complex. The result of that stigma was three recurring themes:1. “Catch me if you can” with labor law compliance was a strategy. 2. Businesses that did have an internal staff member handling HR were often learning by trial and error. 3. When asked to consider Human Resource advice, concerns included: “Waste of time; they will talk over my head.” I believe my profession can do better than that!So was born my inspiration for HR Done Differently.
