If it is one thing I have discovered about myself it is that even though I love engineering I get the biggest satisfaction from facilitating a success for my team. Any given day is successfull if I contributed to or enabled my team to overcome a challenge.I must admit that detail engineering is exactly that to me; detailed.And this, combined with my facilitating drive is were I can add value to a project or organization with my knowledge and experience in the following areas:- Planning. Both in detail on micro level and on overall project top levels.- Interfacing. With team members, other project phases and disciplines, clients and contractors.- Executing. By enabling and facilitating for others as well as performing own tasks within agreed time and cost.- Understanding. I have the ability to put myself in position of others. And from this I have found great benefit to avoid misunderstanding and enable to identify the real task or challenge at hand.
