I have working experience as a Customer Service and a Cashier of GraPARI Telkomsel Bandung and as a Customer Experience Expert in VFs TASHEEL International. In 2019,I worked as a Social Media Agent and Creative Content Creator at Pertamina Call Center services 135. At Pertamina Call Center 135, I became a team leader of social media teams, emails, video call and Creative Content Creator teams from November-April 2023 and have experience as a Supervisor at Yogya Group from August-Oktober 2023. I am a fast learner, creative and can work under pressure. My key skills include Customer Handling, Leadership, Resolving Problem, Administration and Conflict Resolution.
