Indoprima Gemilang.- Update job descriptions for more than 100+ positions.- Orient new employees and train existing employees.- Monitor employee performance.- Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.- Implement systematic staff development procedures.- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.- Manages the talent acquisition process: recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.- Create a socialization program of the company code of conduct and values.- Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
