During my internship until now, the tasks or achievements that I have carried out are : 1. Succesfully processed and organized official travel data, medical claims, and communication facilities for 2023 (Jan - Dec) and 2024 (Jan - May) head office and all branches, summarizing reports to make it easier to create dashboard reports addressed to users2. Successfully created 150+ dashboards for official travel data, medical claims, and communication facilities for 2023 (Jan - Dec) and 2024 (Jan - May)3. Successfully became the master of ceremony in the online EHS & GS Department work meeting agenda with 15 participants in accordance with the predetermined rundown4. Conducted observations regarding the types of flexible rewards in several companies in Indonesia to compare with the flexible rewardas at Bina Pertiwi to develop flexible reward program at Bina Pertiwi5. Successfully guided and supervised user interview activities with candidates smoothly via zoom meeting

Assist in making creative clothing designs in fashion show competitions to enliven the Republic of Indonesia's Anniversary 6. Assist with documentation in the closing ceremony for the Republic of Indonesia's Anniversary at the BPK Sumatera Barat 7. Write history of the Credit Score Assessment/ Penilaian Angka Kredit (PAK) of several BPK Sumatera Barat employees in 2022 8. Input the Credit Score Assessment/Penilaian Angka Kredit (PAK) of several BPK Sumatera Barat employees into the Source Information System Human Resources /Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM)9.
