Responsibilities- Coordinate in employee recruiting and hiring process.- Organize & maintain employee's personnel record including databases.- Prepare and submit of tender documents, contract documents and quotation.- Provide support in implementation and maintaining of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.- Handled foreign workers' visa renewal and liaise with Immigration Dept.

Responsibilities- Preparing released order for employee's deployment and deployment letters.- Assist in checking employee's salary invoices and preparing documents for interview session.- Part of the committee that organised department's townhall.- Participate in PETCHEM Cheer Team for PETRONAS East Coast Game 2019.
