(i) AML Screening Process •Processing AML screening (Level 1) by extracting data from trade documents and inputting into Accuity System for both local and foreign transactions. •Assist escalation process (Level 2) to AML team for review and approval transaction before can proceed for authorization. • Spearheaded in Daily Sample Check by the AML team for any missing parties' names and document imaging. • Aid in any issues raised by the AML team such as those related to high-risk approval and transaction details which needed confirmation and clarification by the relationship manager. (ii) Trade Financing • Examination of trade documents submitted by customers for financing such as for Bankers Acceptance (BA), Invoice Financing (IVF), Trust Receipt (TR) for both conventional and Islamic. •Ensure the accuracy of transactions and timelines for processing transactions are met. •Ensure financing of trade transactions is in line with the customer’s nature of business. •Liaise with HL Markets and customers regarding exchange rates/BA rates and ECOF. •Communicate with customers if any issues arise regarding the document submitted before can further process for financing. •Performing half-yearly physical balancing. •Conducting and reporting daily physical balancing as per scheduled. •Carried out a self-audit checklist for random IVF and IVF-i documents.

- Performed data entries related to contract items for better tracking and information needed - Communicated with respective vendors for contract related as such document submission - Assisted in printing and sorting the related documents such as Invitation to Bid (ITB), preparing renewal Letter of Award (LoA), and Pre Awards - Assisted in the preparation of complete tender, contract agreement, and any related commercial documents of the company to the vendors and suppliers - Monitored the contract duration for the preparation of renewal by users - Trained to analyze and evaluate internal documents related for preparing in Tender Committee - Facilitated in conducting Tender Briefing for all the bidders
