Gregg Munn & Todd Zona founded Integrated Construction in June of 2007 after having successfully worked together for 10 years for one of the nation’s largest design-build firms. After originally specializing in Senior Living, Integrated Construction has vastly expanded building Senior Living Facilities, Hotels & Multi-Living. The locations of Integrated's projects have also expanded with wildfire growth across the US East Coast, building in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & the Southeast areas and ranging from 25,000 sq ft to over 200,000 sq ft. With the Company growth, Integrated has evolved to include a President, Justin Beebe, and an Executive Vice President, Jeff Miles. Justin and Jeff have both stepped up to focus on Integrated's promising future. For the past several years Integrated Construction has been consistently recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal, including: Top 25 General Contractors (2010-2018); Top 50 Fastest Growing Private Sector Companies in Northeast Florida (2012-2015 & 2017); and Florida’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies (2013-2014).Our surety credit is established with Arch Insurance Company, an AM Best Rated Company of A+, XV, in excess of $200 Million.
