Qualified as Bachelor of Applied Science, auditor in QSE management systems, training and assessment and OHS risk management, I have more than 30 years of wide practical experience in Australia in the fields of manufacturing, construction, consulting, analytical chemistry, environmental science, retail and high school teaching. The analytical skills and insights developed through these have facilitated more than fifteen successful years as a consultant to many different industries such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, rail, automotive, packaging, telecommunications, medical and others.I specialise in assisting clients hands-on in developing and maintaining their quality safety, environmental and integrated management systems. So far all candidate clients have achieved certification/s at first attempt. Indeed one client went from losing a certification to becoming a finalist in a SAI Global management system award in six months. Such achievements I offer as a guarantee to prospective clients.I believe in flexibility in developing management systems to help customers reach their goals. For some clients this means ongoing support; for others, effective skills transfer. I work hard to find the best solution for each client by clarifying process flows, working out key risk areas, determining clear responsibilities, establishing transparent and robust reporting systems and helping teams see the overall picture to work better together.In recent years I have helped many companies become compliant to the WHS Act & Regulations and government supplier/contractor prequalification schemes.I have strong aptitude in computing, statistics, databases and develop and use software solutions for businesses including SaaS (Software as a service) and MS Office for QSE management, process improvement, auditing, meeting management, maintenance, training, risk assessment and can provide advice on the most suitable business measurement and reporting systems.
