Lance has enjoyed a varied and well traveled career as the Principal, and Owner/Operator of aFaith Based Community Development Co-Operative : Integrity Integrated Services The firm has two (2) main components : Design Build Contractor -- For Profit venture -- that designs & constructs high end Remodels & Build-outs. These projects are generally 'choice real estate properties' for both owner / occupants and also in the investment / rental markets including engineered professional office space for the Medical Industry, and also the IT Industry. The other facet of 'Integrity' is the : Non Profit -- Community Development Co-Operative : We have integrated with, lived amongst and completed Projects in over 7 of The 30 Nations visited, including The United Nations High Command for Refugee's camps in Northern Africa. Lance has traveled to these nations and lived 'in-country' as a practitioner of "Host Culture - Centric" Community Development -- Implementing two major models of Sustainable Development : Agro-busness Models and also Cottage Industry models. While travelling, Lance attended University of the Nations -- Kailu-ua Kona, Hawaii, for international studies, and will be finishing BA in Community Development from a theologically based university, in Manila, The Philippines, where He has lived and built several projects for the provincial poor. Now residing in Charleston, SC -- Lance locally over sees the Design / Build construction operations while enjoying and strengthening connections in The Caribbean, where He has lived and worked as an "Advocate and Community Change Agent" amongst the most oppressed and dis-advantaged of national host cultures of the poor.
