In the early days of my career, I built a track record of success by getting good at problem-solving. When you show up willing to make it right and then deliver on that promise, people start to think of you as a superhero. This was an unofficial title I leaned into, and I have never looked back, as it led me to managing projects at elite universities, hospitals, nuclear power plants, military bases, national and international airports, and the United Nations.From 1997 until 2000 with Goddard Technology Corporation, I was promoted throughout the company starting as a Lab Manager, to a Product Engineer, then a Product Manager and eventually VP of Operations. Throughout these roles I designed and implemented student, hospital, corporate, and airport ID systems. It was during this time I was introduced to airport systems and the trajectory of my expertise launched. In late 2000 when the company was acquired, I assumed the role of Director of Aviation.
