• Responsible for the following stage wise inspection in adherence to HSE and Quality Systems- Ensure proper weather and measure ambient conditions prior and during application- Pre-inspection of substrate to ensure.
• Resolve any conflicts between specification and manufacturer recommendation in the technical data sheet with the client prior starting any project
• Review calibration records of inspection equipments
• Report any major quality issues to the Line Manager
• Generate daily inspection reports and other quality / inspection related records and compile them as a dossier
• Inspect received paints and ensure they comply with the requirements and requisition

Different Cities Across India

• Responsible for stage wise inspections like surface cleaning, blasting, surface profile, prime coat, secondary and finish coat application as per the specifications
• Receive the RFI (Request for Inspection) from the discipline staff and carry out the inspection of the painting as per the ITP.
• Raw material inspection by reviewing the material / test certificates
• Review of all certification and documentation to ensure validity and compliance with specifications, drawings and ITPs
• Monitor and ensure thinning, mixing, proper agitation, pot life and proper recoat interval time prior and during the course of application
• Ensure ambient conditions (relative humidity, ambient, & dew point temperatures) and surface temperature as per the specifications

Deir Ez Zawr, Syria

• > Coatings Inspection:
• Execute coating inspection activities as per the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and incompliance with specifications
• Coating inspection of Steel structural works, Pipelines, Tanks and Pressure Vessels.
• Ensure proper coating storage as per specification.
• Regular inspection of Blast Pot, Air Compressor, Air Filters, Blast Hoses, Blast Nozzle
• Monitoring of pressure gauges and calibration inspections on regular basis.

Chennai Area, India

• Carryout inspection & test activities as per Inspection Test Plans and implement QA/QC Procedures & work instructions.
• Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) and Radiography film interpretations as per ASME B 31.3 and client specifications.
• Carryout dimensional checks against approved drawings.
• Conduct & Co-ordinate welding performance qualification tests.
• Perform visual Inspection of production welds.
• Generate & maintain Inspection records
