Mechanical Maintenance Hands on maintenance to ensure that the Pellet Plant (Oil Palm) is fully operational. Ensure equipment optimization and maintenance of the plant. Experience in using arc welding to join metals. Use flame cutting (OXY) to separate metal components and parts or to cut and trim for modifications. Preventive maintenance, repairing and inspecting the plant weekly to ensure that the production runs smoothly to achive the target. Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Provide maintenance support by arranging spare parts order according to machine running hours.Plant Operation Project commissioning and incharge until handover contractor Oil Palm. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by complying and enforcing safety standards and procedures. Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system fucntioning and performance results. Develops operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions. Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing targeted product. Train operators and led them while running the plant. Enhance operator knowledge by motivating through briefings. Daily, weekly and monthly project report updates by Whatsapp and MS-Words to monitor project status. Arrange monthly meetings to updates the production quality, quantity, safety and identify problems.

 Relocate MRI scanner machine to another laboratory in UTeM. Draw 2D layout plan of the factory for transferring purpose in solidwork. Measure lengths and dimensions of the new laboratory for machine placement purpose. Disassemble wires of the machine to avoid any damages while relocation. Arrange outsiders to transport the machine to new location. Wire back the MRI scanner machine for reuse purpose.
