As a wholesale residential mortgage co. we specialized in subprime lending for owner occupied, second home, and investment properties. My responsibilities involved finding and maintaining secondary market relationships, all staff recruitment and management, underwriting product development, and delivery of all loans on the secondary market. We financed single family homes, townhomes, condo's, and 1-4 unit properties. In addition to subprime mortgages, we delivered home equity lines of credit. It was also my responsibility to manage all underwriting guidelines and implementation of all programs to the entire organization.
