Ordering other various hardware and lab cleaning supplies using Purchase Card, .pdf creation, Proper survey procedure for out-of-commission assets, Assisting Visual Arts instructors as needed from deletion of files, unthawing asset for needed driver for ‘drawing-tablets’ for student usage, Assisting Visual Arts instructors with classroom assets, from audio, visual, to personal account. Answering phone calls from employees who have questions about media, or security advice, Assisted Director of Marketing and Communications with media from Apple HFS media DVD, duplicated, edited, and uploaded in PC environment, Assisted Director of Marketing and Communications with Final Product for Plasma Displays, and Power Point slideshow, adding and removing media as needed, Assisted Manager of Information Technology with online website management in Joomla , Creation of Visual Arts Department Lab Monitor schedule, reconciling hours available with classroom occupation, Trouble-shooting hardware, from Pc’s, printers, projectors, laptops, and Macintoshes.
