Headed the Magnus School of Business, Hyderabad(www.msbindia.org)- a constituent body of ICFAI -with more than 300 students.Played a key role in building careers of hundreds of students. I was a Professor of Marketing and Business Strategy. I have guided hundreds of students for their internships and placements. I still guide them continously.many many years after their completion of studies.

I conceptualised and started the Globsyn Business School in Kolkata. From recruiting the Governing Council Members and the faculty members, the students, designing the course content,organizing internships, taking classes( Stats,maths and OR),I was involved in everything. The most satisfying aspect was the relationship that I developed with the students. Five years on, I am in touch with almost the entire First batch of GBS.
