I was directly responsible for leading the Consumer (Retail) Design Organization of ~30+ Designers and Managers focused on delivering high-craft experiences across the most visited and mission critical surface areas. This included teams responsible for Advanced Trade, Simple Trade, Growth, Coinbase One, USDC, Yield & Staking, dApps, Pay, Home/Feed and Coinbase Card.

Dapper Labs uses Blockchain to deliver new forms of digital entertainment and engagement on a mission to become the future of fandom. Just off the heels of a wildly successful NBA Top Shot launch, I was responsible for leading and building the Product Design Organization of ~12+ Designers, Managers, and Researchers focused on both existing and new products. This included NBA Top Shot, NFL All Day, Laliga Golazos, UFC Strike, and Dapper Wallet. To accommodate this rapidly growing suite of experiences, I orchestrated the creation of a multi-brand Design System and platform team.
