ControlCase was my first entrepreneurial foray and first love. I am no longer involved full time in it, but will be committed to it forever. My biggest takeaway from the company is interaction with Kishor and Mr. Suresh Dadlani, partners in ControlCase. I worked very closely person to person with Mr Dadlani, a single man powerhorse, and now I think its been one of my best professional relations. The company is safe, secured and strong under them. How many companies double their revenues in less than 5 months compared to the previous year in a recession time? I am reducing my commitment because I want to create more in other diverse areas, but ControlCase is good as it is, and must not be fiddled with.

Its here I learned tricks of the trade. I was involved in setting up e-Security practice from scratch under Deven, and later setting up Advanced Security Center at Chennai under Terry. Had a great set of colleagues Deven, Terry, Pon, Shanky, Sunil to name a few. Arthur Andersen Acquisition added a lot of masala and excitement. I probably had the best first job anyone can get, and the key lesson I learnt: Get hands on upon things you want to manage. I was exposed to widest possible set of technologies, in probably quickest time, This job also afforded me a lot of International travel which I treasure.
