I'm the resident Emotional Intelligence facilitator on the Launchpad programme in Europe, after piloting my workshops with ESCP's Executive Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship cohort and Google's cybersecurity accelerator in Spain.The Launchpad programme is a fulfilling way to give back to the startup community I've been part of for almost a decade. Using Google's brand, product, UX, business and growth frameworks, our mentoring team leads early-stage startups through a week-long accelerator.

I led a team of five in testing the feasibility of a London members space for changemakers in the areas of personal transformation, social impact and regeneration. With a community connected by the belief that it's the inner work that powers the outer work, we created a coworking and event space that inspired movement, reflection and wellbeing at work.During 2018, we adapted our business model and grew monthly recurring revenue from memberships by 250% in 6 months, to the point of capacity. Sadly that wasn't enough to balance purpose and profit, so we closed the coworking business at the start of 2019 and the company has since pivoted.
