• Coordinate work activities• Manage all Project personnel on site• Project duties on site• Responsible for operations of activities within his responsibly area• Comply with OHSAS 85 of 1993• Comply with all SHEQ related activities• Comply with ISO 14001, ISO 9001• Comply with construction regulation 5• Have the responsibility to act in such a manner that SHEQ incidents are prevented and if they occur report view reporting system• Managing all administrative tasks• 2 weeks planning of all tasks to be executed for 5 Team Leaders• All inspections regarding Tools, Vehicles, PPE and Safety are done• Inspection of all jobs on site• Quality control of work carried out• Responsible for Safety on site• Assist administrator/storeman/Supervisors and Site Foreman’s with help from H?O Springs to be able for them to do their daily tasks• Time and attendance of all maintenance personnel• Approving all leave and sick leave with collaboration of Foreman• Adhere to the budget• Attend report back meeting in Springs• Communicate on a daily basis with all Group Leaders• Client visits• Give feedback to Section Leader on progress of jobs at least once a week• Attend the 3 weekly meetings with the Section and Group Leaders and give feedback on progress of work• Quotations• Internal QC on all projects
