We are two Personal Trainers and together we have 20+ years experience in the fitness industry. We came together united by our passion for helping women in their 40s and 50s to thrive in midlife. We aim to re-educate and support women to grown in confidence and not just survive their midlife years. We see midlife as a time of opportunity - for Jo, training as a Personal Trainer at 47 was a totally new career, having started out in Human Resources. Nicky has had a number of roles and becoming a Personal Trainer was an addition to her health and fitness skill set.In addition to our Personal Trainer Qualifications, we are both Kettlercise instructors, Jo a Purestretch and Nutrition and Weight Management Coach and Nicky a Boxercise and Bootcamp instructor. We both have the 3rd Age Woman Certification with Burrell Education.
