Successfully led of a 20+ person multi-functional team to develop an optimized strategy for deep-water oil and gas projects in Guyana. Responsibilities included conducting commercial evaluations, designing detailed engineering plans, risk mitigation and communicating with senior executives. I also cultivated key external relationships with partners and government officials to align on project plans.

Managed and improved performance for multiple joint venture assets by establishing relationships with partners, driving cost efficiencies and progressing work programs to increase production. Successfully marketed and divested low cash flow generating assets. Collaborated with field operators to identify, evaluate and execute enhancement projects to increase base production. Designed and implemented cost reduction initiatives that reduced value leakage between different business lines. Trained and mentored new engineering hires and interns to decrease onboarding time and increase effectiveness.

Served as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing tactical insights, budgeting, and operational forecasts for the Prudhoe Bay asset. In addition, I championed initiatives that drove a year-over-year increase in field performance and reduced operating costs for the affiliate. This included integration of regional business plans across companies, assets, and business lines to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.

Served as the technical lead for operating fields in Angola, integrating information from multiple sources to generate comprehensive work programs. I also managed joint venture assets as the technical contact, progressing investment opportunities and maintaining strong external relationships. In addition, I provided commercial guidance to support critical investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
