• Management of the coordination of the largest Regional Office of GEB.Line of Risks: Group Life, Disability, Accident and Medical.Solutions: Reinsurance, Pooling, Global Underwriting Program, Captive.• Participate in the pricing activities and strategies of GEB Network Partners of the Employee Benefits portfolio ceded to GEB.• Ensure deployment of UW Strategic projects in respect of definition and implementation of underwriting governance and management of specific risks to drive the portfolio towards company targets.• Leading the structuration of Pricing Referrals processes and workflow management of the Underwriting team.

• Analyze large deals (insurance, reinsurance) for Regional/Group Underwriting Committees • Lead In-Depth Reviews of AXA entities located in emerging markets, identifying issues, areas for improvement in pricing, underwriting, offer and portfolio management capabilities. Assess the quality and the relevance of the assumptions used for the quotations. Monitor the implementation of remediation plans.• Contribution to capability and knowledge building of local entities’ teams in all the aspects of the Health Insurance branch’s value chain.• Track the financial performance and provide guidance to local leaders on strategies for a sustainable profitable grow.• Contribute to Group guidance in term of risk appetite framework, risk packs, and underwriting guidelines.• Management and mentoring of an intern for 6 months• Currently assigned to a mission for AXA in Egypt (4 months) as the supervisor of the “Health Profitability Project” of the local entity. Responsible of building the Action plan with the local team, ensure his execution and provide Technical guidance and opinion on all technical-related topics. The scope of the Action Plan involves 3 workstreams: (1) Products & Pricing, (2) Efficiency & expenses, (3) Claims & Network.

• Participating in a task force which seeks to work with operational teams in AXA France to improve AXA France’s customer centricity, which is measured through customer surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS) questionnaire results. • This involved analyzing client pain points and drawing on this analysis to help stakeholders to design and implement a seamless customer handling process.• Organized events such as a seminar with the AXA France’s customer experience teams, and a convention which hosted 600 people from our partners and call centers in Morocco.

• Change Management: training internal and external users to use a new online quotation tool and helping them to adapt to the new quotation process.• Technical: configuring a new pricing structure in the online quotation tool and providing business analytics on KPI such as quotation tool usage, sales and conversion rates.• Underwriting governance/audit: designing and managing the implementation of a new internal underwriting peer review process with a team of 15 underwriters, reviewing portfolio allocation, designing new underwriting processes and guidelines.

AXA Employee Benefits Partners (6 months):• Internal consulting for various AXA entities worldwide (Singapore, Hong Kong) on IT and pricing topics, configuration (using Jinja) of the Group Life Product into a new quotation platform.AXA France Commercial Lines (9 months):• Responsible for underwriting and technical management of a portfolio of complex, customized, Employee Benefits and Group Health contracts.
