Reporting to the company's management and leading the rental business, my main functions are:- Strategy Development: Define and execute the lettings strategy, aligned with the company's commercial objectives.- Team Management: Supervise, motivate and train the lettings team, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service.- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and assessments to identify trends, opportunities and set competitive prices for the products in our portfolio.- Marketing and Promotion: Design and execute specific marketing campaigns to attract tenants, using online and offline tools.- Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation and drafting of rental contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the interests of the parties.- Property Management: Coordinate the maintenance and presentation of rental properties, ensuring they are maintained in optimal condition.- Reporting and Analysis: Reporting on lettings performance, analysing data and KPIs for decision making.- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to rental properties.

Leading an internal team of more than 50 people and a portfolio of more than 30,000 assets under management. As main challenges to highlight, the leadership in the transformation process of the entire Rentals Asset Management area. Designing and implementing the new operational management model (structure, people, suppliers, collaborators and material resources) with the aim of seeking efficiency and effectiveness in each and every one of the processes of the different areas of management:- Operational back office. More than 3,500 operations/year (Formalization of contracts, assignments, awards, regularizations, subrogations, addenda, expirations and terminations).- Invoicing and guarantees. More than 80M of annual invoicing.- Delinquency, both amicable collection and collection of the delinquent portfolio. 11,000 files under management.
