- Manage and implement projects regarding new product development, sales improvement, and sustainability measures- Quality test the implementation of all the product-related changes (tariff developments, new products, revision of current products, new document templates) through sales simulations- Develop quantitative and qualitative benchmark analyses to improve the quality of both our products and service- Present a quarterly market analysis of the competition and the market, gathering insights on new products, regulations, concerns, and trends- Deal with operational matters such as answering product questions from sellers and data cleaning

- Supported the rebranding team by developing briefings for the several stages of the rebranding process- Developed new document layouts to accommodate the new brand and evaluated its implementation through sales simulations- Presented a quarterly market analysis of the competition and the market, gathering insights on new products, regulations, concerns, and trends- Prepared an in-depth analysis of the competitors' products and their characteristics- Updated and developed new internal communication material

In NAMI, my responsibilities were to:- Plan academic events, such as workshops, for both the bachelor's and master's marketing students- Attend general meetings to discuss events from the other departments- Provide support during events held by all departments

Marketing Journeys is the largest university marketing event nationwide. Its main objective is to put university students in contact with speakers from the biggest national and international brands and make them aware of the latest trends in the world of Marketing.My role in this event was to:- Gather partners for the coffee breaks- Plan and organize the logistics of the coffee breaks- Organize all the product stock- Set up the space for a functional and efficient coffee break
